This calendar explains how we calculate our pre-registration dates.
SAMPLE
"FAKE" Date of Event: MARCH 20-23, 2006
We start from the Friday before the event to caculate the days to pre-register
1. Four week pre-registration would be: Prior to and Ending on Friday, February 24th
2. Two week pre-registration would be: Saturday, February 25th to Ending on Friday, March 10th
3. Final pre-registration would be: Saturday, March 11th up until Sunday March 19th
